- The Faculty of Science and Technology, Victoria University, recognizes the urgency of this discourse and has organized this conference to bring together a diverse range of perspectives. By exploring practical, evidence-based solutions and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, the OTLC-2025 conference aims to reimagine the future of online education in Uganda, ensuring it is inclusive, accessible, and adaptable to the demands of the digital age. The ultimate goal is to ensure that digital education becomes a powerful tool for equitable development and academic excellence in the country.
2. OTLC-2025 organizing team is inviting submissions for individual papers, panel sessions, workshops, and posters/exhibitions. Competitive and topical works shall make up the Conference Magazine including selected presentations. Formats for papers and guidelines for submission can be accessed on otlconference.com. Submission is open from 21st December and closes on February 11th , 2025
