1. The OTLC-2025 National Conference is pleased to learn that you wish to
become a volunteer at the conference. Kindly complete this Volunteer
Application Form as early or by February 21st 2025. Please note that you
are responsible for all your expenses. However, we assure you that this is an
excellent opportunity to engage with cutting-edge team members, interact
with renowned companies, financiers, government agencies and staff,
international partners, researchers, and also foster connections with fellow
local and international volunteers. All volunteers will receive free registration,
unique networking opportunities, a free OTLC 2025 T-shirt, a Volunteer
Certificate and access to diverse activities and events.

2.The tasks in which volunteers shall be involved in include;
–Registration of participants and delegates
–Provide help to sessions
–Logistics and setup
–Calls, e-mailing and reminders to delegates
–Social media and communication
–Exhibition space assistance
